Lottery winner Michelle M. took home $1.3 million after playing slots in Vegas
LAS VEGAS (KITV4) – What happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas. Just ask lottery winner and Hawaii resident Michelle M., who won $1.3 million at a Wheel of Future slot machine at the California Hotel and Casino.
After making a $5 bet, Michelle scored a winning progressive jackpot totaling $1,316,725.
Hawaii residents are feeling lucky this year: Michelle is the third person from the islands to take home a Wheel of Fortune jackpot from a Boyd Gaming Las Vegas property in 2022.
On January 21, a guest from Hawaii won a more than $1.1 million jackpot at Fremont Hotel and Casino after playing a $5 spin on another Wheel of Fortune slot machine.
